Weekly Photo Challenge: Family

Weekly Photo Challenge: Family

This week we have been given the topic of family.  To me family is a far-reaching intangible.  I have my natural family, my in-law family, my work family, my far-flung friend family, among others.  Makes it very hard to choose a photo to post here.  To decide, I played some eenie meenie miney mo game and came up with this one.  We are bereft of grand children at this time, but, while we wait, we have a grand dog, our son’s King Charles cross.  Prepare to be cuted out of your socks.

  1. I really hope he doesn’t start licking my feet before I get my socks back on.
    Adorable!

  2. I saw the title of your blog “Is It Possible to See it All.”
And then I saw the photo of this dog and I wondered, “How can he see at all! Where are his eyes?” :)
What kind of a dog is this?

    • The eyes do disappear. He is a King Charles cavalier although not pure as he has a smidgeon of poodle as well. I think they are cavapoo or something. Great dogs with an amazing temperament.

  3. Dear John,

This is a brilliant shot. It had me giggling – never seen a dog rocking an afro so well. Reminds me of my own if I don’t keep some control on my hair. Love it.

    P.S.: Thanks for the pingback.

  4. Just can’t get enough….more, please!

I Would Love To Hear From You
