In a move against the norm, my bucket list will be the opposite of what one normally does. My list is based on seeing everything in 2 books by Patricia Schultz. First is 1000 Places to See Before You Die, the world edition and the same, but the USA and Canada version. Far too much to write, vastly simpler to add where we have been and seen.

Amazing! Good for you and I like the strategy. I love those books btw 🙂 I own 1001 Natural Wonders to see before you die.
There’s another one??? I have not even heard of that one. Off to Chapters.
Exact title is “1001 Natural Wonders you must see before you die” by Michael Bright. The pictures are AMAZING!
hee hee, I’m trying to move my husband to Whitefish, MT. I can’t believe Edinburgh is not on that list! The coolest city I’ve ever seen! Best ~kl
I see you were here already. Whitefish is a great little place. Did the sun road a few years ago. Very Nice country. Did a run through Idaho and Montana in march. Orofino is great. Saw the mermaids in great falls as well. My bucket list us done in reverse. Instead of places I want to go to, which is pretty much everywhere, I add the places I’ve been. Kind of confusing but it works for me.
Very impressed with this list.
As you can see, I have lots of writing to do. We are off to Spain, Portugal and the Canary Islands this fall so must catch up some lol. Also starting to chronicle some sailing stuff as we learn and plan our retirement. Only 10 years or less to go. Enjoy your blog
That trip sounds divine! You will have way too much writing to do. Sailing too, wow. I went on one sailing trip and I was done, never to do it again. I guess my stomach can’t handle it, lol.
Big boat? Like 40 footer?
Yes, 4 nights, was abandoned on an island at night because I couldn’t hold anything down.
Ouch. At least you learned that sailing doesn’t work for you
Wow, what an interesting take on a bucket list!
Thanks, seemed easier than figuring out where I wanted to go. It is a much longer list than where we’ve been.
That’s understandable.
Well, I look forward to keeping up with your adventures!
And I yours. Popped in earlier and will head back once I go through our morning ritual. Appears that you put a lot of work into your posts. Most excellent.
I appreciate that!!!
I hope Australia is on the list somewhere along the line 🙂
No worries. It’s a reverse bucket list. It’s where we’ve been. The list of where we want to go and see is far too long. What part if Oz are you from. Happy Australia Day
